Your character tells a lot about who you are. People's experience of you is through your character. Character is defined as the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual. Your character guides how you respond to people or situations. Everyone has character. There are good and bad character.

A leader who will positively transform lives develop good character. Some examples of good character traits are: consistency, honesty, perseverance, discipline, positivity, credibility, humility and integrity to name a few.

Remember character makes a great leader.
